By fostering authentic, two-way connections with audiences, this approach allows brands to stand out and turn engagement into long-term business success. Designed for higher education professors in marketing, communications, and business, this webinar will explore why this strategy is gaining momentum among brands and why it’s critical for students to understand its significance in the evolving field of social media marketing.
