Stukent, Inc. Refund Policy

A no-questions-asked refund can be issued for Stukent products except if either of the following instances has occurred:

1. Access was purchased more than 14 days ago.

2. The second round of a Stukent simulation has already been completed.

All bookstore purchases have a 90-day return policy. Bookstore purchase are when your university’s bookstore purchases licenses in bulk and then resells those licenses to students.
