Ryan Russell

Associate Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

Ryan Russell is the associate lecturer of marketing at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. A 13-year veteran of social media and digital strategy, Ryan has extensive experience crafting powerful digital strategies, growing active online communities, and generating engaging, consistent digital advertising. In addition to his role at UTC, Ryan also serves as the CEO of Lift Media Group, a digital marketing and web agency based in Chattanooga, TN. 

Ryan is the husband of Sarah Russell and the father of his 10-year-old daughter, Emily, his 8-year-old son, Andrew, and his wonderful dog, Jack. Ryan is a backyard berry farmer and amateur winemaker and is the copresident of the Chattanooga Reds, a supporters group for the greatest soccer team in the world, Liverpool FC.

Jeff Larson

Associate Professor of Marketing at Brigham Young University

Jeff Larson is an associate professor of marketing at BYU and coauthor of Digital Marketing Essentials, Stukent’s first textbook. Jeff has taught courses on digital marketing, marketing research, business analytics, and most recently, marketing automation. He has been published in several top academic journals and his research has been featured in several national news outlets such as NPR, the Wall Street Journal, and Good Morning America.

Kathy Fredrickson

Digital Marketing Professor and Clinic Director at Universities of Wisconsin

Kathy Fredrickson is the Director of the Digital Marketing Clinic of the Universities of Wisconsin and teaching professor at UW Oshkosh. Since creating the Digital Marketing Clinic, over 34 student consultants have helped 560 businesses in over 55 counties.Her professional background includes roles in advertising and owning her own consulting firm since 2004. She co-founded Women in Technology-Wisconsin in 2015, which is now a state-wide organization of over 3,000 members. Kathy earned a bachelor of business administration degree from UW-Whitewater and a master of business administration degree from UW-Oshkosh.

Moellyn Ramos Yetsko

Senior Marketing Manager & AI Strategist

Moellyn Ramos Yetsko is a Senior Marketing Manager and AI strategist who thrives at the intersection of culture, technology, and storytelling. She has launched campaigns that challenge stereotypes, built AI policies that turned skeptics into adopters, and led initiatives that sparked connection and change. Armed with a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence and a passion for the real-world impact of digital marketing, Moellyn brings a fresh perspective to help educators understand the skills and mindsets students need to thrive in a rapidly changing marketing landscape.

Joseph Gastler

CMO | Four Columns Marketing

Joseph “Joe” Gastler is the Chief Marketing Officer at Four Columns Marketing based in Waco, Texas, where he has been part of the team since 2015. A three-time graduate of Baylor University, he took the road less traveled into the marketing profession. After serving as a worship and creative director for five years at a local church, he returned to Baylor where he graduated with an MBA, with specific concentration in Marketing. He taught for ten years in the music school at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, TX, and has taught at Baylor University in the marketing department for the last five years. His responsibilities at Four Columns cover the entire range of digital marketing, from ideation to reporting, digital advertising to search engine optimization. He teaches Digital Marketing adjunctly at Baylor University during the Spring semester. In his free time, he serves as volunteer worship leader for a church plant in the Waco area and plays in the Waco Symphony Orchestra, a professional symphony in which he has been a tenured player for 15 years. 

Alex Skinner

Professor of Marketing & Analytics at Mountainland Techinical College

Alex Skinner is a marketer, entrepreneur, and educator passionate about building the next generation of independent thinkers in business and marketing. He began his career at 97th Floor, rising to Vice President of Client Services, where he worked with national brands and became known for simplifying complex strategies into actionable results. He later co-founded Keystone Digital Services, helping businesses craft transparent, growth-driven marketing strategies. Today, Alex teaches Marketing and Analytics at Mountainland Technical College, where he equips students with technical skills, entrepreneurial confidence, and a focus on honesty, independence, and relationship building.
