I’ve been thinking about LinkedIn and how much it has changed — it used to be a place for an online resume, head hunters, job seekers, etc. Now, it is a place for networking, consuming content, promoting content, thought leadership, and learning.
Are you using LinkedIn as much as you should?
LinkedIn may not be helping you every day, but it will always allow you to help others — like helping a former student get an internship. You can be that meaningful connection. Every professor should be on LinkedIn (plus it’s a great place to get traction on your posts!).
Have a GREAT March. Let the madness begin!
