About the Event

In this event, we will explore innovative strategies for crafting formative and summative assessments in in-person and asynchronous online analytics courses. We’ll delve into four methods that strategically incorporate or deliberately avoid generative AI technologies. This approach ensures our assessments are practical in measuring student learning and adaptable to the evolving landscape of AI in education. By embracing and sometimes eschewing generative AI, we aim to foster an environment that encourages critical thinking, practical skills application, and academic integrity. Join us to discover how to enhance your analytics course assessments in this dynamic era of technological advancement.
