TEACHER OF THE MONTH
Jodi Jacobs has taught a total of 19 years and has spent 16 of those years at Cascade High School. She teaches career and technical education, is the DECA advisor, the CTE department head, nonofficial business and professional services pathway facilitator, and serves as head cross country coach. Jodi graduated from Marysville-Pilchuck High School and attended Central Washington University.
Last year, Jodi ran 2,094 miles. This was a huge goal of hers not only because it is a long distance, but also because she got a D in PE in high school for being unable to run the mile.
