Dr. Anke Audenaert

It is uncommon for an adjunct professor to receive recognition in our professor spotlight, but in this case, an exception had to be made. We have yet to meet a professor with a more impressive industry background. She spent 8 years as an executive at Yahoo! She was the vice president of global market research for six years, and most recently, the vice president of content optimization, responsible for optimizing traffic flow to maximize the monetization and the user engagement for Yahoo!’s media properties making her a subject matter expert in Analytics.
She has also worked at a global level for the consumer packaged goods brand, Unilever. If all of that wasn’t enough, she is a successful internet entrepreneur as well.
Academically, she has worked as a researcher at the Catholic University of Leuven on research projects for the European Commission. Her work has been published in the International Journal of Research in Marketing. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has been a guest lecturer at several business schools around the country. Audenaert holds a M.A. magna cum laude in psychology and consumer behavior and a B.A. cum laude in psychology from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium.
This is Anke Audenaert’s first semester using Stukent at UCLA.
