Dr. Caryn M. Stanley
Associate Professor of Management and Assistant Director

Dr. Caryn M. Stanley is an Associate Professor of Management and Assistant Director of the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Her work centers on organizational culture, change management, and the human side of AI adoption. A holder of a DBA and certified as a PHR and SHRM AI+HI, Caryn regularly speaks and consults with organizations on culture and the practicalities of change, helping leaders bring people along during transitions. Outside of work, she reports to a black cat who has yet to approve of her work-life balance.
