Group projects may be a popular instructional strategy, but many students don’t enjoy them. Too often, the project workload isn’t distributed equitably among participants, grading policies fail to promote teamwork, and group compositions can be problematic.
Stukent’s Simternships immersed Duber-Smith’s students in careerrelevant, work-integrated learning. Students applied the concepts they were learning in the classroom to their simulations, which helped them integrate the new knowledge more effectively.
