We’ll take a focused look at the Stukent Personal Finance Simulation with a guided tutorial from Personal Finance Specialist Maya Taylor. Maya will showcase how students can build financial decision-making skills through hands-on, scenario-based learning. Attendees will also see how the Stukent CTE curriculum aligns with the AP® course framework throughout this experience.

Meet your presenters

Carissa Maseberg
Carissa Maseberg is a Portfolio Manager at Stukent CTE, overseeing the development of innovative business, marketing, and finance curriculum, simulations, and certification prep materials for high school classrooms. A former educator with 10 years of high school experience, Carissa also served as an instructional coach specializing in teacher professional development and the design of high-impact standardized test prep resources. She is deeply passionate about supporting teachers and guiding students on their unique pathways beyond high school.

Maya Taylor
Maya Taylor is the Sponsorship Portfolio Manager at Stukent CTE, where she supports educators and industry partners within the sponsorship vertical. She holds a Master’s degree in Education Curriculum Design and Instruction and brings experience from both the classroom and education technology, including three years of teaching and six years working across Personal Finance, Business Marketing, and Business Management. Over the past two years, she has specialized in supporting educators in the implementation of Stukent CTE’s Personal Finance simulation.
