With over 20 years of executive experience in nonprofit leadership, she has generated over $40 million in revenue through marketing campaigns and speaks at conferences on topics like prompt engineering in the classroom. Christina’s research on content marketing for nonprofit organizations has been published in leading journals and earned multiple best paper awards.

Thea Copeland is a seasoned marketing and sales strategist based in San Diego, CA, with extensive experience in driving corporate growth through innovative strategies and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy at OneSource Distributors, Thea leads marketing, eCommerce, supplier relations, and customer experience. Her expertise spans across marketing strategy, data management and analytics, and digital marketing, with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and implementing cutting-edge digital platforms. Additionally, Thea imparts her knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Point Loma Nazarene University, where she teaches courses in marketing and data analytics. She holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
