The Stukent® Introduction to Business Certification helps students build resumes and prepare for future careers. 

With the completion of the Stukent Intro to Business Simternships®, students will be ready to take the vetted Introduction to Business Certification.

The certification is a proctored exam and is not open book or open resource. Learning materials and practice tests are available for purchase. The certification voucher includes only one retake option that can be enabled at the discretion of the proctor.

The Intro to Business Simternships give students hands-on experience with essential business practices. Throughout this suite of Simternships, students participate in a rotational program at Buhi Supply Co. and work in the human resources, supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance departments.

Prior to Dell, he honed his skills through an internship at Northwestern Mutual and a two-year tenure at KPMG.

Laura Muñoz

Professor of Marketing & Author | University of Dallas

Laura Muñoz is an award-winning author who serves as an associate professor of marketing at the University of Dallas. She received her Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Texas-Pan American (now UT-Rio Grande Valley). She attended the Case Method Workshop at Harvard Business School and the Negotiation Seminar: Dealing with Difficult People at Harvard Law School. She has over 15 years of experience teaching marketing, entrepreneurship, and professional selling courses and is an international educational speaker and consultant for businesses and universities. Some of her awards include the 2020 Best Paper in the Sales and Sales Management track at the Society for Marketing Advances Annual Conference and the 2019 Outstanding Researcher and the 2017 Engagement Award at the University of Dallas’ College of Business.
