Dr. Pliniussen teaches eMarketing, Creativity, and Sales at Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.  Besides being one of Canada’s most-quoted experts on digital marketing & innovation in the national media, his dedication to creating outstanding coursework for his students caught our attention.

His education includes a PhD in Information Systems and Strategy from the University of Bath, England, an MA in Administration from Goddard, an MPA in Public Management from Queen’s University, and his HBA in management from the Ivey Business School at Western.

He has received teaching and research honours. He is one of a handful of Canadians to ever be awarded the Edwin-Appel Prize for Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College, the world’s leader in entrepreneurship education. Now he can add Stukent Professor of the month to the list.
