Stukent’s mission is to help educators help students help the world, and one of the ways we do that is by simplifying the learning process for everyone involved.
Our goal as Virtual TAs, is to give professors more time to be the subject matter experts, and students a place to get all their Stukent questions answered. Anyone who uses Stukent courseware, automatically has access to Stukent Virtual TAs to answer any courseware and technical specific inquiries.
Monday through Saturday, you have an entire department of Virtual TAs standing by to answer questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and respond to literally any query you can come up with surrounding Stukent courseware.
A Stukent Virtual TA can assist with basic courseware and technical needs. While they are simulation experts, they’re not subject matter experts.
Our hours are Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. MST.
Whenever you have a question, the simplest way to find an answer is by checking the Virtual TA’s collection of help articles. Based on frequently asked questions from students and instructors, these articles are a great place to start.
