The Stukent Refund Policy

A “no-questions-asked” refund can be issued for the Stukent courseware except if any one of the two following instances has occurred:

1. Access was purchased more than 14 days ago.
2. The second round of any Stukent simulation has already been completed.

All bookstore purchases will have a 90-day return policy. This is where your university’s bookstore purchases licenses in bulk and then resells those licenses to students.
