I’m from Columbus, Ohio. With 20+ years of experience in training and development for both corporations and higher education, I collaborate with faculty and business stakeholders to design and develop learning solutions to meet objectives and measure success. Currently, I’m managing a global team of instructional designers, developers, and other staff who support the business strategy and employee development at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 20 healthcare company.

It means collaborating with others to make a better tomorrow.
What made you want to innovate with Stukent?
Learning sticks when it is applied. Stukent allows students to get hands-on with their learning to gain confidence through experience.
What is your most embarrassing moment?
I’m not very athletic. Even stationary exercise equipment can be too much for me. I once lost my balance and fell off an elliptical machine at the gym.
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy hiking, reading, gardening, and crafting.
What is your favorite TV show?
I enjoy watching Downton Abbey.
