I’m an associate professor in strategic communications at the University of Louisville. I teach, research, and consult in social media strategy, public relations, and crisis communication. I have experience working with brands such as Hootsuite, General Motors, Breeders’ Cup, Facebook, Adobe, and Chipotle.
What does being an Innovation Partner mean to you?
Being part of an incredible community of educators and professionals who are passionate about bridging the gap between industry and education is tremendous!
What makes you want to innovate with Stukent?
I want to work with a partner like Stukent that is committed in preparing the next generation of professionals for the workplace and has a vision to offer resources in areas like personal branding.
What is your most embarrassing moment?
I can do silly things when I do not drink enough coffee. The latest incident was when I was having brunch with friends and had not had my coffee yet. I accidentally poured syrup on my omelet! Let’s just say it was an experience!
What are your hobbies?
I love baking, photography, working out, and of course, spending time with Mando Wade, my 2-year-old Australian Shepherd.
What is your favorite TV show?
My favorite movies are “Free Guy,” “Deadpool,” and “Jumanji.” My favorite TV shows are “Star Trek,” “House of the Dragon,” “Last Kingdom,” and “Ted Lasso.” I have a range!
