To register for Stukent courseware (textbooks and simulations), you must contact your instructor for a course invite link. This invitation link will allow you to correctly register to the proper course, even if you’ve created an account in the past. Your instructor will have this link shared with the course and may have included it in your class syllabus or emailed it out. Please check with your instructor to receive this link. Once you have received the invite, you will be able to follow the click-through link and register/create an account. Higher Education students — After your new account has been created, you will be able to purchase the courseware needed for your class. This can be done in one of two ways:
If you forget your password, simply click “Forgot your Password?” on the main login screen. This is seen once you go to my.stukent.com. For high school students, they will need to reach out their instructor to reset their password. Please note: If you are using a LMS platform such as Canvas, you will not need a password to login. You will just launch Stukent within your LMS platform. Please do not attempt to reset your password. You will then enter the same email address used to create your account. An email will be sent out to this email address and select “Continue.” Next, it will have you confirm on sending a verification email. You’ll put in your email address and then select “Send Verification Code” You’ll use the verification code in your email from us with the subject will be “Stukent account email verification code”. You’ll enter the verification code with your email address and select “Verify Code.” Once it says your email address is verified, you’ll select “Continue.” You’ll then be prompted to enter in your new password twice and press “Continue.”  You are then all set to login with your new password. Note: There is a chance your email may have filtered the password reset email to your junk/spam folder instead of your email inbox. Please check the junk/spam folder for missing mail from Stukent with the subject “Stukent account email verification code”.  If you have any trouble resetting our password, please reach out to our Support Team at [email protected]
To start, you will need to be registered in your course with Stukent. Access codes are purchased through your school’s bookstore store or provided by your school directly to you. Once you are registered, you’ll select “Enter Access Code.” Here you will input the 16-digit access code you received. Keep in mind that these do need to be exact and lowercase. They usually appear in this format: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. Once you click “Continue”, you will then have access to the materials of the course.
  • If you are having trouble with your access code, you’ll want to check with your bookstore to make sure the materials for your access code are the same for your course.
  • If you received a 14-day trial, you will need to reach out to our support team at [email protected] to assist you with redeeming the access code.

Once you sign in to Canvas and select the course, there will be a Stukent button on the left-hand side navigation bar. There you will click on the button and Launch into Stukent.

Once you have launched into the course, the site will create your account and you will hit a paywall. Enter your credit card information and purchase the Simternship, Courseware or Bundle displayed in your course. If you purchased an access code through the Bookstore, you can redeem it on this page. Note not all materials are required.  If you choose not to purchase optional courseware you can make your purchase at a later time.

With the purchase of the Courseware, you will have access to the course materials. Please refer back to the syllabus for assignments and due dates.

To get back to the material at any point, you will need to click on any Stukent Assignment link within Canvas.

All access codes are ordered through the school’s bookstore. Orders are received and placed via email ([email protected]). See below for detailed instructions of how to do so:

  1. Send your order to [email protected] You can send this in a Purchase Order or just make sure to include the following information in your order:
    • Product name and ISBN
    • Number of codes requested
    • School
    • Email Address to send invoice
  2. You will receive an invoice from our accounting department.
  3. Once the invoice is paid, we will send you the requested access codes and instructions to give students on how to redeem an access code.

We have a 90 day return policy for all our products. Refunds can be requested as long as codes being returned are unused. Once 90 days have passed since purchase, codes will become non-returnable.  Our access codes do not expire, therefore, all unused codes can be carried over to future semesters.

Attention: Bookstores are not to resell access codes to other bookstores.
