Welcome to Stukent!

In this step-by-step guide, we’ll walk you through the process of setting up your Stukent® account. This process only takes a few minutes, and you can access your materials immediately.

Below are instructions for the different learning management systems (LMS) your university may be using. If your instructor sends a Stukent invite through your email or a registration link, you'll follow the "Access without an LMS" directions.

Instructors & Students

Stukent’s Support Team can assist with basic courseware and technical needs. While they are Stukent Simternship experts, they are not subject matter experts.

The Stukent Support Team will assist you with:

  • Login, registration, and access
  • Purchasing questions
  • Courseware navigation
  • Simulation navigation
  • Understanding simulation results
  • Improving student confidence (your own personal cheerleader!)

All hours are in Mountain Time (MST/MDT).

August – October (Fall)
Monday – Thursday: 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. by email only
Sunday: 4 p.m. –  8 p.m.
 
November – May (Fall and Spring)
Monday – Thursday: 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. by email only

June – July (Summer)

We match every Stukent educator with a dedicated customer success manager to assist you with questions, issues, or feedback at every step. They are your go-to resource during the semester and can help you with things like:

  • Simternship training
  • Course creation, quiz settings, etc.
  • LMS integration
  • Student enrollment on the first day of class
  • Introducing the Simternship to your students
  • Syllabus customizations
  • Calendar planning
  • Grading discussions

Office Closure | Thanksgiving

Please note that our offices will be closed for a Winter Break Wednesday December 24, 2025 through Thursday January 1, 2026.  

During the break Stukent Support will be monitoring incoming emails for urgent requests.  We will resume normal business hours and respond to all emails and voicemails in the order received  beginning Friday, January 2, 2026, at 6:00 AM MT. 

Office Closure | Thanksgiving

Please note that our offices will be closed on Thursday, November 27th, and Friday, November 28th, in observance of Thanksgiving Day.

We will resume normal business hours beginning Saturday November 30th, at 10:00 AM MT.

Please note that our offices will be closed on Monday September 1, 2025  in observance of Labor Day.

We will resume normal business hours and respond to all emails and voicemails beginning Tuesday, September 2nd, at 6:00 AM MT.
