Agile Lead

Job Description

We are on the search for an energetic, self-motivated Agile Lead who can facilitate and support our software engineering team. The Agile Lead will utilize their excellent communication and organizational skills to develop lasting professional relationships. They will uphold Stukent’s core values through dedication in progressing the work of our software engineering department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure appropriate scrum ceremonies are planned and attended
  • Facilitate business relationships between the engineering team and the customer support, marketing and sales teams 
  • Work to identify and resolve impediments preventing smooth team progress 
  • Coach teams in self-organization, professional development, continuous improvement and teamwork
  • Lead discussions with product owners on strategic planning, including vision, goals and road maps
  • Ensure transparent visibility into cadence and velocity of team productivity

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • CSM Certification (Certified Scrum Master)
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, or equivalent  
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in leadership and conflict management
  • Excellent people skills, ability to develop professional relationships built on trust and communication

Customer Support Representative

Job Description

We are on the search for a new Customer Support Representative that has exceptional customer service skills. Customer support representatives at Stukent are patient, kind and always willing to go the extra mile. Sukent’s support team takes pride in their 95% satisfaction rate and we only hire the best to maintain that standard.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively search out solutions for the issues at hand, this may include working together with others from the support team, or escalating to other teams to find resolutions
  • Answer phone calls and respond professionally to emails/tickets from concerned customers
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with every customer
  • Calmly and patiently work with upset customers and escalate issues to superiors when necessary
  • Manage and improve customer experience through professional presentation and implementing innovative ideas 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Experience in customer service
  • Patience and tolerance with frustrated customers
  • First-rate communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Remain calm and keen in stressful situations
  • Typing skills are proficient and high speed  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and google drive
