We are on the hunt for a self-motivated Course Specialist. This internship opportunity will allow you to work closely with the sales team (and occasionally our customer success team), striving to build quality relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule demos for our full-time Course Consultants. Stukent will provide fundamental techniques in identifying and reaching our target audience and initial outreach through email marketing, phone calls, and social networks. You will also be responsible for the organization of our CRM tool in your given territory in Hubspot. This is a high contribution role that can lead to full-time employment if it’s the right fit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Book demos for Stukent Course Consultants through professional emails and phone calls with professors and administrators.
• Initiate sales process by building relationships to recruit and retain customers.
• Update and maintain critical information in our CRM, allowing information to be easily accessible to those on your team.
• Enhances Stukent’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing tasks from Course Consultants and customers.
• Following through with various Customer Success duties according to the need.
• Perform market research projects and tasks.
• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success team.

The individual is versed in visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, etc. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of textbooks, online and printed marketing, in-office design needs, and maintaining and growing the visual brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design a variety of promotional content for web, print, social, events, and other communication materials.
• Meet with various departments to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. 
• Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
• Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on the feedback received.

A Marketing Web Developer Intern at Stukent improves communication, brand recognition, lead-generation, and conversion through the user interface and user experience of the company website. Working side-by-side with marketing professionals, he or she ensures that website visitors are able to locate information and take action without confusion or frustration. Researching and implementing web solutions that allow team members to more efficiently achieve lead-generation and sales goals is a key aspect of this internship.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in content management of WordPress, including page creation, template design, theme changes, updates, and plugins
• Work with Product Marketing Managers to create resources to help achieve lead generation goals
• Perform user research and testing to understand user experience and needed improvements and solutions
• Create sketches and digital wireframes to visualize layout, functionality, usability, and user experience
• Provide engaging experiences through design for each of our customers allowing them to have the best experience possible with our digital courseware
• Use basic software engineering skills to debug minor website issues

Job Description

We are searching for a videographer intern that is creative and proactive. A videographer intern’s responsibility is to work side-by-side Stukent’s professional videographer to produce videos that enhance courseware and promote Stukent products. The videographer works closely with product marketing managers and the content team to develop video concepts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with Videographer, Product Marketing Managers and our content team to develop and produce video concepts
• Brainstorm, create and publish promotional and instructional videos 
• Edit professional videos in Adobe Premiere Pro and create motion graphics in Adobe After Effects that accurately represents Stukent
• Maintain a standard of excellence and consistency in video style and production
• Think creatively and provide ideas and solutions for various video projects
• Maintain clear communication with the Director of Content on the status of videos
• Properly store away video equipment when not in use
• Add insight and vision on how Stukent can continually improve its video content

• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
