Dr. Richard C. Hanna (D.B.A., Boston University) is a senior lecturer of digital marketing and analytics in the marketing division at Babson College. His research interests include digital strategy, social media, email, storytelling and content planning, information transparency, promotions, and research methods. His research has appeared in a variety of scholarly journals, and he has also co-authored two books ("Email Marketing in a Digital World" and "Internet Marketing"). Dr. Hanna also consults for a variety of organizations in digital strategy, marketing research, and analytics. Prior to academia, Dr. Hanna worked as a marketing research consultant and in B2B sales.
