Stacy Smollin Schwartz is an assistant professor of professional practice in the marketing department at Rutgers Business School and the founding director of its MS in digital marketing program. She is also board president at Sharsheret, a national nonprofit organization that serves women and families facing cancer. Prior to joining Rutgers, Stacy worked as a learning & development consultant for the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) to launch the first ANSI-accredited professional certifications in the digital media industry. She has held marketing leadership roles at Virgin Mobile USA, Hospital for Special Surgery, and internet advertising pioneer DoubleClick, which she joined as its 11th employee in 1996. Stacy earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. with the highest honors from Penn State University.
