Bio:

Joie S. Hain, DBA is an Assistant Professor at Clayton State University, where she teaches Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing at the graduate and undergraduate levels. She additionally teaches Professional Selling at the undergraduate level and was awarded Clayton State University's College of Business 2019 Professor of the Year. Joie joined Clayton State University from industry where she worked over 20 years in commission based financial services sales. Her research interests include the development of formalized education processes to support teaching digital marketing, the study of digital marketing and its continuous evolution as well as the impact on financial services sales.
