Karen Freberg (@kfreberg) is an associate professor in strategic communications at the University of Louisville, where she teaches, researches, and consults in social media strategy, public relations, and crisis communication. Freberg has worked with top brands such as Hootsuite, General Motors, Breeders’ Cup, Facebook, Adobe, and Chipotle. Freberg's experience in academia and industry makes her the ideal author for Stukent’s “Personal Branding” courseware.
