Steven is the Executive Director of Market Intelligence and Strategy at Davenport University. In his role, he provides market insights about the higher education landscape to help drive strategy. Steven is an instructor of business research, marketing research, and strategic marketing. Steven is the author of Stukent’s "Market Research Essentials," Business Research Essentials," and the upcoming "Strategic Planning & Management" courseware.
Kathy is the VP of Institutional Research and Assessment at Davenport University, where she provides research for strategic decision-making, policy review, and institutional assessment. She holds expertise in survey development, qualitative methods, experimental design, and statistical analysis. Kathy has a Ph. D. in social psychology and an MS in social psychology. Kathy is the coauthor of Stukent’s "Business Research Essentials."
