Dr. Rich Hanna is a senior lecturer in marketing at Babson College. His areas of expertise include digital marketing, social media, email marketing, research & analytics, and sales. His research has appeared in a variety of scholarly journals and he has coauthored two books: Email Marketing: Email Marketing in a Digital World and Internet Marketing: Reaching Customers Anytime, Anywhere, Any Platform. In addition to teaching and research, Dr. Hanna consults in digital marketing, social media, survey design, and analyses. Prior to academia, Dr. Hanna worked in marketing research consulting, B2B sales, and marketing communications.
