Tara Williams has been instructing in the School of Business at the Medicine Hat College for 15 years. Her areas of focus are organizational behaviour and all things communications. She is currently a part time instructor and a full time Business Transformation Specialist at the City of Medicine Hat, helping facilitate change in all business units and support training efforts. Tara has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, both from the University of Saskatchewan... and Tara has a passion for helping students become themselves while on the presentation stage!
