Rob Croll is the program director for the digital marketing degrees at Full Sail University. Joining the programs at their inception in 2008, Rob taught consumer behavior and SEO before his current role. He is a proponent of helping students become well-rounded graduates who commit to lifelong learning, high ethical standards, and professional and personal growth.
Marketing is constantly evolving, but some things remain the same. Employers expect employees who communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and behave professionally. But while educators sometimes take these skills as a given, these challenging-to-teach skills can seem unimportant to students. How can educators develop well-rounded graduates who not only “know their stuff,” but who also have the workplace skills necessary for success?
