Great content and really easy to learn from home. I enjoyed that this was digital because my university doesn't have the budget to send me to conferences.

I actually enjoyed ALL the sessions I was able to attend. I am mostly interested in the analytics piece because I am encouraged to develop this curriculum this coming year.

1. I'm walking away with a nice range of new tools I can integrate into my fall classes. 2. I really appreciate the option to dive into the social media simulation post-conference. I've never used your products before so it was really difficult during the session to pay attention to discussion/Q&A while also trying to get into simulation. Now, I have time to dive into the sim to really see what it offers.

Good interaction and comments from those in attendance for each session. Far more discussion rather than just a one-way, push presentation.

The EQ session with Rafic was fanstastic. Also the chat feature. It was nice to hear from others as the session went on.

I never knew how important cleaning the data was until I saw how it is connected to decisions businesses have to make.

The best thing about the simulation is being able try things like A/B Testing and make mistakes now before I do it in real life with real money.

I just posted my final assignment on Google Classroom. Just a simple question: Favorite concept you learned from my class this year and why. An OVERWHELMING number of my students said that Mimic Social was by far the best part of the class. Keep in mind - I give them Wed-Fri (class time_ and then Sat/Sun to do a posting round, then we do the analysis round on Monday/Tuesday/ I also space out the rounds so I'm not shoving it down their throats and they don't get tired of it. I also make it a competition (top two winners of each class at the end get a free semester exam exemption). I know what some others say their kids don't like it - but these types of responses included my "high -flyers" and my "ELR's: (extra love required). Can't recommend this simulation enough. (It also stands to be mentioned that quite a few of these kids had done the Knowledge Matters VB sims in my other classes and were NOT a fan)

Brennan Davis has a unique way of introducing the reader to highly related fields that are seldom taught together into an exhaustive text for anyone seeking to understand the problems being solved by modern Analytics & Reporting organizations and teams. The examples are pragmatic, reflective of Davis' extensive experience outside the classroom, and delivered by a natural educator.

I began using the Mimic Social Simulation because the client projects I was doing didn't give them experience with tools or insights. The simulation gives students the chance to make decisions and learn from those decisions with real-time feedback. They enjoy the opportunity to challenge one another and catch each other in the simulation. I student shared in our Facebook Group today, "Usually when I read these types of articles [about social analytics] there is something mentioned that I didn't know before, or a term that I don't recognize, but I felt that this article was pretty standard! There wasn't anything out of the ordinary, and just goes to show how far I've come during this social media class! I think that the Mimic Simulation has also made me very comfortable with all of these concepts and tracking methods.

Great content; strong and relevant examples bring brand and platform strategies to life, interesting assignments and more. I use this with the Social Media Simulation, and still have opportunities to add my own content!.

We use the Mimic Social Simulation in our Social media Strategies class with great success. The students get so much out of it and have claimed it is the most useful simulation they have used (we use 4 simulations throughout our Program). I highly recommend it.

I have had multiple students contact me post-graduation to tell me that the Mimic Simulation was a key factor in them getting a job. It gave them a conversation that few other students could have.

Best digital marketing textbook that I have found in 15 yrs for my students to use to learn easily all about practical business-focused digital marketing best practice. The only area it is missing is Chinese app - WeChat. Put an entire chapter on WeChat and this book gets 5 stars.
