About Michelle

I’m from Rhode Island. I have a bachelor’s degree from Bryant University and an MBA from Texas A&M. I currently serve as vice president of marketing at AlphaStruxure, an Energy-as-a-Service provider formed as a joint venture between Schneider Electric and The Carlyle Group. In this capacity, I am responsible for leading the marketing strategies to help energy-intensive private- and public-sector organizations unlock ambitious energy transformations.

Before joining AlphaStruxure, I spent over a decade in various marketing and communications roles at Schneider Electric, a Fortune 500 company and one of the world’s most sustainable corporations. I have led integrated marketing communications; paid, owned, and earned media creation; brand strategy; content and thought leadership efforts; and events for multiple segments and industries in a global capacity. In addition, I was responsible for managing the personal social media accounts of a global CEO, who was ranked by Harvard Business Review as one of the top 60 best-performing CEOs in the world. During my tenure, I grew this CEO’s social media following by hundreds of thousands of users.

I have also supported social media handles and marketing efforts for other prominent executives, large corporations, small-to-medium businesses, and events such as the Department of Energy’s Solar Decathlon and the Paris Marathon.

Why is education important to you?

I believe it’s important to educate the future generation so that they can enter the workforce with innovative ideas. I also believe in access to education for everyone around the world. Education is a privilege today, but it should be a natural right.

What does being an Innovation Partner mean to you?

It means I am able to educate and make an impact on future generations.

What makes you want to innovate with Stukent?

I saw a gap in the market. Stukent was willing to address it by partnering with me on the “Essentials of Social Media Marketing” courseware.

What is your most embarrassing moment?

I was hosting a psychology study in college and split my pants in front of my focus group!

What are your hobbies?

Chasing my two children around, playing soccer, and watching the New England Patriots play.

What is your favorite TV show or movie?

My favorite TV show is “This Is Us!”
